So, after all this digging and checking, I found that the most expensive League skins are those rare, limited ones like PAX Twisted Fate. But in terms of what you can get your hands on in a practical sense, those Prestige skins from the Mythic Essence shop are the priciest, because you can technically still get them, it just costs a ton in either time or money to get that Mythic Essence.
