Okay, so, let’s talk about “mlb quicksell values.” I was messing around with this the other day, trying to figure out how to get the most bang for my buck.
First, I dug into the game. I mean, I really went in. I started by looking at all my duplicate cards. You know, the ones you get over and over again and they are useless. I made a huge list of them in a spreadsheet, noting their overall rating.

Then, I started quickselling them one by one. It was tedious, but I was on a mission. As I sold each card, I wrote down how many stubs I got. Yeah, stubs are the currency in the game. I wanted to see if there was a pattern between the card’s rating and the quicksell value.
After a few hours of this, I noticed something. Bronze cards, the ones with ratings in the 60s, they were mostly giving me the same amount of stubs. Same thing with silver cards, those in the 70s. Gold cards, in the 80s, had a bit more variation, but still, there was a general range. It is a little different for diamond cards.
So, I organized my data. I grouped the cards by their type: bronze, silver, gold, and so on. Then, I calculated the average quicksell value for each group. It was pretty clear. The higher the card’s rarity, the more stubs you get. I found that bronze cards give you around 5-10 stubs, silver ones are around 100, gold cards are around 1,000 and diamond cards can go from 5,000 to even more.
But here’s the thing, sometimes it’s not about the average. I noticed that some specific cards, even within the same rarity group, were giving me different amounts. It seemed random at first. I guessed that certain cards, maybe popular players or ones with special attributes, might have different quicksell values. And live series cards will have different prices based on their real-life performance.
I decided to keep track of these outliers. I added a new column to my spreadsheet for these special cases. And I will be doing some testing on these outliers.
My Current Findings
- Bronze: Most common quicksell values are around 5-10 stubs.
- Silver: Most common quicksell values are around 100 stubs.
- Gold: Most common quicksell values are around 1,000 stubs.
- Diamond: Most common quicksell values are around 5,000 stubs, but there is a wide range.
This is what I’ve got so far. It’s not perfect, but it’s a good start. Now I have a better idea of which cards are worth quickselling and which ones I should just keep.
I’m gonna keep digging, though. I want to understand those special cases better. Why do some cards have different values? Is there a way to predict it? I’ll keep you guys updated. Maybe we can crack this code together. Stay tuned for more!
