Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with NBA 2K24, and let me tell you, this Victor Wembanyama guy is something else. I mean, I heard all the hype, but actually getting to play as him is a whole different ball game. So, naturally, I had to see what all the fuss was about.
Starting the Journey
First off, I fired up the game and headed straight to the MyCareer mode. This is where you create your own player, but this time I skipped all that and went to create a custom roster. My goal? To tweak the Spurs roster, you know, just a little, to make Wemby the star of the show.
Building the Team
- Swapped out some players: I moved a few guys around, you know, to make sure Wemby got maximum playtime. Nothing too crazy, just wanted to make sure he was on the court as much as possible.
- Adjusted the rotation: This was key. I made sure Wemby was starting and playing heavy minutes. After all, I wanted to see what this kid could do!
- Set the playstyle: I figured a fast-paced, pick-and-roll heavy offense would be perfect for showcasing Wemby’s skills. Lots of lobs, lots of dunks – that was the plan.
Getting on the Court
Alright, so with the roster set, it was time to jump into a game. I picked the Spurs, naturally, and faced off against a random team. Honestly, the opponent didn’t even matter. All eyes were on Wemby.
Wemby’s Dominance
And man, oh man, did he deliver. This dude is a cheat code!
- Blocking everything: Seriously, his wingspan is insane. He was swatting shots left and right, even when I thought he was out of position.
- Dunking from everywhere: Forget layups, this guy was throwing down monster dunks from all over the place. The pick-and-roll was basically unstoppable.
- Shooting threes: Yeah, you heard that right. He’s a center who can shoot threes. It’s just not fair.
My Thoughts
After a few games, I was completely sold. Victor Wembanyama in 2K24 is an absolute beast. It’s almost like playing with a created player, but it’s actually a real dude! I spent hours just messing around with him, trying different things, and dominating every game. It’s ridiculous, it’s fun, and it’s definitely worth checking out. If you’re a 2K fan, you gotta give this guy a try. Trust me, you won’t regret it.
This was a really fun experiment. I highly recommend everyone see what they can do with him in the game. Wemby is the future, both in real life and in 2K, it seems.
