Okay, so, I finally got around to messing with Madden 24. My goal? Snag that platinum trophy. Sounds simple, right? Haha, it wasn’t. But I did it, and let me tell you, I learned a few things along the way.
First off, I fired up the game, ready to dive in. I figured I’d start with the basics. You know, get a feel for the game again. I played through a couple of exhibition matches, tried different teams, just to see who I liked. I messed with the sliders to get the difficulty right. Didn’t want it too easy, but didn’t want to get destroyed either.

Then I moved on to Franchise Mode. This is where the real grind started. I picked a team I thought I could handle. Spent hours scouting players, managing contracts, and all that jazz. It was a lot, I’m not gonna lie. I won some games, lost some games. But hey, that’s football.
- Scouted a bunch of rookies.
- Traded for a star quarterback.
- Won the Super Bowl! (Eventually.)
After that, I checked out Face of the Franchise. Creating my own player was cool. I went through the whole storyline, from college to the pros. It was a bit cheesy at times, but I still enjoyed it. I maxed out my player’s stats. That took forever, but it was worth it in the end.
Next up was Ultimate Team. Now, I’m not usually a big fan of these modes, but I knew I needed to play it to get the platinum. I opened a ton of packs. Got some good cards, got some bad cards. Built my team slowly but surely. I grinded through the challenges. Won some online matches, which was a surprise to me, to be honest.
The Final Stretch
Finally, I went through the trophy list one last time. I cleaned up any remaining trophies I was missing. Some of them were a pain. Like, there was one where I had to return a punt for a touchdown. I must have tried that a hundred times. But I eventually got it. And then, bam! The platinum trophy popped. Felt good, man. Felt real good. It took me a while, but I finally did it.
So yeah, that’s my Madden 24 platinum journey. It was a long one, but I had fun. Mostly. If you’re thinking about going for it, just be prepared to put in the time. And maybe have a little patience. You’re gonna need it.
