Alright, let’s talk about the “Legends Tier List” in Apex. Man, what a journey it’s been trying to figure this out.
So, Season 23, right? It came around in November 2024, and let me tell you, it really changed things up. They messed with the class system, threw in some Legend upgrades, and I was like, “Okay, time to dive back in and see what’s what.”

I started by just playing a bunch of games. No real plan, just trying out different Legends, seeing how they felt. I noticed some felt way stronger than before, others, not so much. The class changes were a big deal. Some characters got moved around, which totally changed how they played in a team.
Then I started looking into this article from December 2024. It was talking about the best Legends for Season 23. It got me thinking, “Maybe I should be more methodical about this.” I started taking notes, writing down which Legends felt good, which ones didn’t, and why.
My buddy Toxigon – shout out to him – he’s really into Apex, and he dropped his tier list in January 2025. We had a long chat about it, debating why he put certain Legends where. It was super helpful to see things from another perspective.
I decided to break it down by class. For the Assault class, I was really feeling Bangalore and Fuse. Their abilities are just so strong for aggressive plays. In the Skirmisher class, you got your usual suspects like Wraith and Octane, but I also started to appreciate Valkyrie more. Her mobility is insane.
- Assault: Bangalore, Fuse – they just wreck, simple as that.
- Skirmisher: Wraith, Octane are still great, but Valkyrie really shone.
- Recon: Bloodhound is a beast, especially with the in-game upgrades. Seer, though, he felt a bit nerfed.
- Support: Lifeline and Loba were my go-tos. Lifeline’s healing is clutch, and Loba’s ability to snag loot is a game-changer.
- Controller: Caustic and Catalyst. They can lock down areas like nobody’s business. I used to hate playing against them, now I’m one of them!
I kept tweaking my list, playing more games, getting more feedback. I realized it’s not just about individual power, but also how Legends work together. A good team composition can make all the difference.
My final tier list? Well, it’s always changing, you know? But for now, I’d say if you want to win, focus on getting good with at least one Legend from each class. Mix and match, find what works for you and your squad.
That’s pretty much my process. It was a lot of trial and error, a lot of fun, and a lot of getting wrecked. But hey, that’s Apex, right? You learn, you adapt, and you keep playing. Hope this helps some of you out there trying to climb the ranks!
What do you think? Let me know your own tier list!
