So today I decided to get my hands dirty with Pokemon GO, specifically focusing on catching that little cutie, Minun. I’ve heard a lot about it, how it’s more into cheering than fighting, and that got me curious. Plus, I was itching for a new adventure, and since Minun is only hanging out in Europe, Asia, and Australia, it felt like the perfect excuse to do some virtual traveling.
First things first, I fired up the game and started my hunt. I spent the first couple of hours just wandering around my local area, no luck. I remembered reading somewhere that Minun is all about creating these awesome sparks to cheer on its buddies, so I figured, maybe it likes lively places?

I changed my strategy and started hitting up more populated spots. You know, the usual Pokemon GO hotspots where everyone’s glued to their phones. Still nothing. It was a bit of a bummer, but I wasn’t about to give up that easily.
- I took a break and did some more digging online. I found out that there’s a whole bunch of tips and tricks on the best movesets for Minun. That was cool and all, but I needed to actually catch one first!
- Then it hit me – I could use one of those spoofing apps to change my GPS location. If Minun was chilling in Europe, Asia, or Australia, then that’s where I’d go, virtually speaking.
Research Time
I downloaded a location spoofer, set my sights on a random city in Europe, and boom, I was “there.” It felt a bit like cheating, but hey, desperate times, right? And guess what? Within minutes, I spotted a Minun on my screen! I couldn’t believe my eyes. I tossed a Pokeball, held my breath, and… gotcha! That little guy was finally mine.
Catching Minun turned out to be way more of an adventure than I expected. From wandering around my neighborhood to virtually hopping continents, it was a wild ride. And let me tell you, using that spoofer felt like cracking some secret code. I guess sometimes you gotta bend the rules a little to get what you want, right?
Anyway, that’s my Minun story. It might not be the most conventional way to catch a Pokemon, but it sure was memorable. Now, onto figuring out those best movesets everyone’s talking about. If you’ve got any tips, hit me up! I’m all ears.
