Upgradin’ your player is important ‘cause you ain’t gonna stay in no minor leagues forever. You wanna be movin’ up to the big leagues! And to do that, you need to earn them points, play them games, and get noticed by them coaches. Keep playin’, keep winnin’, and soon enough, you gonna get a chance to change your position if you ain’t likin’ where you started.
Remember, you can’t just wake up one day and change your position whenever you feel like it. You gotta work through your agent and perform on the field. Them calls come in when you doing good, and that’s when you let your agent know, “Hey, I wanna play somewhere else!” That’s how you do it in MLB The Show 24.
Another thing, you always wanna keep an eye on the team’s roster and see what positions need fillin’. You ain’t gonna change to a spot that’s already taken by some top player. But if there’s an openin’, or maybe you just performin’ better than the guy ahead of you, you could find yourself in a brand new spot real quick.
So, don’t be afraid to ask your agent for that position change if you ready for it. And when you in the game, don’t forget to use that quick menu to switch players or positions when you need to. It’s all about timing and knowing how to make those changes, both off and on the field.
