Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this whole “AR tier list” thing lately. It all started when my buddy showed me this website. I’m not really good at this, so I just want to put the rankings based on my own experience.
First, I downloaded this template I found somewhere online. I think it was a Google Sheets. It had all these columns and rows for different games and stuff. I didn’t really know what I was doing, so I just started filling it in with the games I play the most. I even tried to find some good pictures to make my list better.

- Next, I opened up the sheet and started looking at all the different rows. Each row was for a different thing, like a character or a weapon. I decided to start with weapons in this random shooting game I’ve been into. There were so many!
- After that, I started dragging and dropping the pictures into the different tiers. I put the good one, like the STG 44 and ITRA Burst, up top in the S tier.
- Once I had all the weapons sorted, I moved on to the characters. This was a bit trickier because it’s not just about the character, it is also about how you play them.
Then, I started thinking about the different strategies people use, like “vantage,” “hit and run,” and “tanking.” I tried to rank the characters based on how well they fit into these different strategies. But then, it just got too confusing, I just can’t decide who is better than others.
Finally, I saved the sheet and sent it to my buddy. He’s way more into this stuff than I am. He said it was pretty good, but he had a few suggestions. Honestly, I am not even sure that I did it right or not.
So, I decided to post it online and see what other people thought. Some people agreed with me, some people didn’t. But hey, it was fun to make, and it got me thinking more about the games I play and how I play them. Maybe I’ll make another one soon, but next time I’ll try to be a bit more organized.
I also realized that this one guy called “Formy” or something is a real deal in the community. Need to check him out sometime later.
Anyway, this whole tier list thing is way more complicated than it looks. It’s not just about picking your favorites, it’s about really understanding the game and how everything works together. I will keep playing and see how it goes.
