Okay, so I wanted to try out all the skins for Echo in Overwatch 2. I’ve been playing her a lot lately and I just really wanted to see how each one looks in-game, you know?
First, I launched Overwatch 2 and navigated to the Heroes menu. I selected Echo and clicked on the “Skins” tab. I had a few unlocked already from just playing the game, but there were a bunch more I didn’t have.

Getting More Skins
To get the others, I had to either buy them with Overwatch Coins or hope to get lucky with loot boxes. I decided to buy a few loot boxes to see what I could get. Opened them up and… got mostly sprays and voice lines. Bummer. But, I did manage to get one Echo skin from the loot boxes, so that was cool.
For the rest, I just bit the bullet and bought them with some of the coins I had saved up. It’s a bit pricey, but hey, I really wanted to try them all out.
Trying Them On
After getting all the skins, I jumped into the practice range. I wanted to see how each skin looked in action, especially with her abilities. I spent a good chunk of time just flying around, shooting, and using her ultimate with each skin.
- Some of the skins, like the moth one, have really cool effects when she uses her abilities. I really liked how they looked.
- Others are more basic, but still pretty neat. They change up her color scheme and overall look.
I played some quick play games using each skin. Figured it was the best way to really experience them. Switched between them each round just to get a feel for each one in a real match.
Honestly, after trying them all, I gotta say I have a few favorites now. It was a fun little project, and now I have a bunch of new looks for one of my main heroes. That’s it. It feels great.
