Alright, so, I’ve been grinding away at Pokemon GO lately, and let me tell you, the Master League is no joke. I wanted to get my hands on a killer Garchomp, ’cause, you know, it’s a beast. So, I started by catching a bunch of Gibles during that Gible Community Day a while back. Stockpiled a ton of candy and stardust, just waiting for the right moment.
Then came the hard part – finding a Gible with decent IVs. I used one of those IV calculator apps, you know, the ones that tell you how good your Pokemon’s stats are. After checking a whole bunch, I finally found one that was pretty close to perfect. Not quite a hundo, but good enough for me.

Next, I powered it up. Maxed out its CP as much as I could. This part took a while, lots of walking around, hatching eggs, and raiding to get that sweet, sweet stardust. It was a grind, but seeing that CP number go up was so satisfying.
Then came the moves. I spent a bunch of Charged TMs trying to get Earth Power, but man, it just wouldn’t land. Finally, after using up almost all my TMs, bam, Earth Power! I was stoked. I also gave it Outrage as a second move, ’cause you gotta have that Dragon-type coverage, you know?
Once it was all set, I jumped into the Master League. My Garchomp was tearing it up! It was so satisfying to watch it demolish those meta-relevant Pokemon. I even managed to climb a few ranks, which was awesome.
But it wasn’t all smooth sailing. I ran into some tough matchups. Those Fairy-types, man, they were a real pain. And sometimes I’d get outplayed by someone who knew how to use their Garchomp better than me. It was a learning experience, for sure.
I kept playing, tweaking my team, and trying different strategies. Eventually, I hit a bit of a wall. I wasn’t climbing as fast anymore, and I was starting to get a little frustrated. That’s when I decided to take a break from the Master League for a bit.
But hey, even though I didn’t hit Legend rank or anything, I still had a blast building and battling with my Garchomp. It was a fun project, and I learned a lot about the game in the process. Plus, I’ve got a killer Garchomp now, so that’s a win in my book.

It is not easy, but it is very fun. I am still enjoying it.
