Okay, so today I wanna talk about the League of Legends Worlds event. You know, that big-ass esports tournament that everyone’s hyped about? Yeah, that one.
First off, I had to figure out when this whole thing was going down. Turns out, the Finals were scheduled for November 19th. Damn, I almost missed it! I jotted that down real quick – 9 am CET, which is like midnight for the West Coast folks. Gotta set my alarm for that.

Next, I needed to know where I could actually watch this thing. After a bit of searching, I found out that all the matches are streamed live. They got it on the Riot Games Twitch channel and also on the League of Legends esports YouTube channel. Nice, options! I personally prefer Twitch ’cause of the whole vibe, but YouTube’s cool too, I guess.
I also remembered that this year’s Worlds was kicking off on September 25th in Shanghai. That’s way past, but good to know for the future. Gotta keep track of these dates, man. It’s like a whole other world out there with these esports events.
While I was at it, I stumbled upon some site where you can watch Korean Drama. I mean, sure, why not? I might as well as check it out, lol.
Anyway, back to Worlds. The most important thing is, I found the place to watch it and it had some rewards thing. Gonna look into that later, gotta maximize those benefits, you know? Free stuff is always good.
- Check the date: November 19th, 9 am CET.
- Find where to watch: Riot Games Twitch or League of Legends esports YouTube.
- Look for rewards: Gotta get that free stuff.
So yeah, that’s pretty much my whole experience with getting ready for the League of Legends Worlds event. It wasn’t too complicated, just had to do a bit of digging around. Now I’m all set to watch the Finals and hopefully snag some sweet rewards. Gonna be a good time.
In retrospect, the planning process was quite smooth. I just checked a few sites, made some notes, and was good to go. The event itself was awesome, by the way. Totally worth the effort.
Oh, and one more thing. While I was looking up all this Worlds stuff, I started thinking about how cool it would be to actually go to one of these events in person. Maybe next year, I’ll try to make that happen. Would be epic to experience the whole atmosphere live. Just gotta start saving up now, haha.
All things considered, it was a pretty fun experience. I learned a lot, got to watch some awesome esports action, and even got some ideas for future adventures. Not bad for a day’s work, if I do say so myself.
But looking back, I realize I could’ve done a few things differently. For starters, I probably should’ve looked into the rewards program a bit more thoroughly. I ended up missing out on some cool stuff because I didn’t fully understand how it worked. Rookie mistake, I guess. Live and learn, right?
Lessons Learned
- Read the fine print on those rewards programs.
- Maybe plan further ahead next time to catch the earlier matches.
- Seriously consider going to a live event – gotta make that happen!
In the end, it all worked out. I got to enjoy the Worlds Finals, learned a few things, and had a good time overall. But this whole experience got me thinking, there’s a whole world of esports out there that I’m just starting to explore. It’s pretty exciting, and I’m definitely gonna be diving deeper into it in the future. Who knows what other cool events and experiences are waiting out there? Only one way to find out.

It’s pretty wild when you think about it. Just a few years ago, I wouldn’t have even considered watching video games as a spectator sport. But now, here I am, planning my schedule around esports tournaments and getting hyped about virtual battles. Times change, I guess. And I gotta say, I’m not mad about it. This stuff is actually pretty entertaining. I mean, the skill and strategy involved in these games are insane. It’s like watching a whole other level of competition.
But yeah, overall, it was a good experience. I’m glad I decided to check out the Worlds event. It opened my eyes to a whole new world of entertainment that I didn’t even know existed before. And who knows, maybe this is just the beginning. Maybe I’ll become a die-hard esports fan one day. Stranger things have happened, right? Anyway, I’m gonna wrap this up now. But I’ll definitely be back with more stories from my adventures in the world of esports and beyond. Until then, stay awesome, everyone!
And with that said, it brings me to reflect on the whole journey. From not knowing much about the event to becoming someone who actively looks forward to it, it’s been quite the ride. It’s funny how a simple interest can lead to so many new experiences and discoveries. I guess that’s the beauty of trying new things and stepping outside of your comfort zone. You never know what you might find. I’m definitely glad I took the plunge and decided to check out the League of Legends Worlds event. It’s been a blast, and I can’t wait to see what other adventures await in the future. But for now, I’m just gonna enjoy the memories and look forward to the next big thing. Cheers!
But as I sit here, reminiscing about the whole experience, I can’t help but wonder what else is out there. The world of esports is vast and ever-expanding, and I’ve only just scratched the surface. It’s a bit daunting, but also incredibly exciting. I mean, who knows what other games, events, and communities I might discover along the way? It’s like being a kid in a candy store, with endless possibilities and new adventures around every corner. I guess the only thing left to do is to keep exploring, keep learning, and keep having fun. After all, that’s what it’s all about, right? Embracing the unknown, trying new things, and making the most of every moment. And who knows, maybe one day I’ll even become a part of this world, not just as a spectator, but as a participant. The possibilities are endless, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me next.
