Today, I messed around with Milio, that little support guy in League of Legends. I wanted to see who he works best with and all that jazz. So, I hopped into a few games, tried out different things, and here’s what went down.
First off, I noticed Milio’s got some neat healing powers and can do a bit of crowd control. He’s not the type to jump into the fray, more of a “hang back and help out” kind of champion. I read somewhere online that he’s not exactly top-tier, somewhere in the middle, I guess, maybe rank 27 out of 76, according to some tier list I found. Not the best, but not the worst either.

I started by checking out which champions people usually pair him with. Apparently, he’s good with Camille and Skarner. So, I made sure to play a few games with them on my team. Also, some say that if you have Swain on the other side, Milio’s not a bad pick.
- Camille: When I had a Camille on my team, it was pretty smooth. She’d dive in, and I’d keep her healthy. Worked out pretty well most of the time.
- Skarner: Similar story with Skarner. He’d grab someone, and I’d make sure he didn’t get blown up. Felt like a good combo.
Then I dug into some builds, you know, the runes and items stuff. There’s this website that shows the popular choices. I tried a few of those, and they felt okay. Nothing too crazy, but they did the job. For skill order, I mostly followed what most people were doing. It was like, maxing out the healing first, then the other stuff.
In the actual games, I learned a few things. During team fights, I’d use my Q to keep enemies off my teammates, especially the ones doing the most damage. My ultimate, the big one, I’d save it for when things got messy. It’s great for stopping those annoying crowd control effects or helping us run away if things went south. I had a game where we were in a bad fight, used the ultimate, and we all managed to escape and regroup. We still lost the game, but it was a cool moment.
By the end of it all, I felt like I had a decent grasp of Milio. He’s not the flashiest champion, but he can definitely make a difference. It’s all about playing smart, staying safe, and supporting your team. I will keep playing him and trying out new things.
My Conclusion
Milio’s a solid support, especially if you like playing it safe and helping your team from the back. I wouldn’t say he’s my main, but it was a fun experiment. I had a great time with him, and I got a 52.04% win rate with him. I recommend you guys give it a shot.
