Hey everyone, I’m back with another experiment, and this time, it’s about these pocket monsters. Remember those cartoons I watched as a kid? Yeah, I got inspired by them and decided to do something fun.
So, I got myself three figures: Charizard, Blastoise, and Venusaur. I wanted to see how they’d fare against each other, just like in the show. I set up a little arena in my backyard, kind of like a battle stage.

First, I started with Charizard. This guy’s supposed to be fast, right? Base speed of 100, not bad. I made him go first, imagining him using some fire attacks. I rolled some dice to simulate the attacks and see how much damage he’d do.
- Charizard used Flamethrower! It did a good amount of damage.
Next up was Venusaur. A bit slower than Charizard, with a base speed of 80. I imagined him using some plant-based attacks. He took some hits from Charizard, but he’s got some good defense, so he held up pretty well.
- Venusaur got hit by Flamethrower! But he’s still standing.
- Venusaur used Razor Leaf! It’s super effective!
Last but not least, Blastoise. This one’s the slowest of the bunch, base speed of 78, but man, he’s a tank. Defense stat of 222, can you believe it? I pictured him shooting water out of those cannons on his back.
- Blastoise got hit by Razor Leaf! It did some damage, but he’s tough.
- Blastoise used Water Spout! Whoa, that’s a powerful move.
The Results
After a few rounds of this, it was getting pretty intense. Charizard was fast and hit hard, but he couldn’t take too many hits. Venusaur was a good mix of offense and defense, but he was a bit slow. Blastoise, though, he just soaked up the damage and dished out some heavy hits with that Water Spout.
It took a while, but in the end, Blastoise was the last one standing. He just outlasted the other two. I guess being a tank really pays off in these battles. Charizard fainted after a few hits, and Venusaur, well, he put up a good fight, but eventually, he couldn’t keep up with Blastoise’s powerful water attacks.
So, there you have it. In my little backyard experiment, Blastoise came out on top. Of course, this was just for fun, and things might be different with other factors involved, but it was a blast to see these guys in action, even if it was just my imagination and some dice rolls.
I filmed the whole thing too. Maybe I’ll post it later if you guys are interested. Let me know what other battles you’d like to see me try out!
