Hey everyone, it’s your boy back again with another one of my little adventures. Today, I’m diving into the world of TFT, specifically messing around with Sett. So I saw some folks talking about this Sett build online, and I was like, “Alright, let’s see what this beast can do.”
Started up a game, you know, the usual. I’m just chilling, trying to get my economy going, picking up some basic units here and there. I wasn’t even thinking about Sett at first, I just wanted to get a feel for this TFT set, haven’t played it much yet. I was just trying to survive the early rounds, you know how it is.

Then, boom, a wild Sett appears in my shop. I remembered all that online chatter about this dude, so I’m like, “Why not?” I snag him. He’s a 2-cost unit by the way. I throw him in there, he has this trait, he can be strong with his punches. Sounds good right?
I keep playing, leveling up, trying to get some items together. I find some items, didn’t have a set plan or any idea what I was doing, just grabbing stuff that seemed like it would work. At this time, I only want to go to the next round.
Mid-game rolls around, and I’m starting to feel the pressure. My board isn’t exactly top-tier, you know? But Sett’s starting to show some signs of life. He’s punching fools, and this is pretty cool. I’m thinking, “Okay, maybe there’s something to this.”
I decide to commit. I’m going all-in on this Sett build. I start rolling for more Setts, trying to get him to 3-star. I managed to get some decent items on him. I remember reading something about him scaling with AD and AP, so I slap some of that stuff on him. I think I also gave him something that gives him more health, like, 20% more or something, cause why not? Make him a bit tankier.
Late game hits, and it’s do-or-die time. My Sett is 3-star now, looking all shiny and buff. He’s got a few items, and I’m feeling pretty good. He is also a 4-cost unit at this time. I’ve managed to put together a decent team around him, trying to support his punching habits.
The Final Showdown
- First fight: Sett goes in and starts swinging. He’s doing some serious damage, taking out a couple of units. I’m hyped, but it’s not enough. I lose the round, but it’s close.
- Second fight: I adjust my positioning a bit, trying to give Sett some more space to work his magic. He’s pulling in enemies and slamming them together. It’s brutal, man. I win this one, and I’m back in the game.
- Third fight: This is it, the final battle. My heart’s racing. Sett’s in the thick of it, punching left and right. He’s a monster! He takes out one, two, three units! My other units are holding their own, and we manage to pull off the win!
I ended up winning that game, all thanks to this crazy Sett build. It wasn’t easy, and I definitely got lucky a few times, but it was a blast. So, if you’re looking for a fun build to try in TFT, give Sett a shot. He might just surprise you. That’s it for this adventure, folks. Catch you all in the next one!
