Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with Teamfight Tactics again lately, you know, that auto-battler game based on League of Legends. And I’ve been trying to figure out the best way to build Lillia. She’s a pretty strong unit, but you gotta get the items right.
So, first, I hopped into a few normal games, just to get a feel for her. Tried a bunch of different team comps to see how she fit in. I read some stuff online, saying that she needs healing and tank items. I started with giving her a Bloodthirster, which seemed to work okay, but she was still dying pretty fast in some rounds.

Then I did a bunch of games where I just focused on getting her the perfect items, like, I restarted a game if I didn’t get the right starting items. This was a bit tedious, but I figured it was worth it. I gave her items like Crownguard or Warmog’s Armor, and things started to get better. She could actually survive a few hits, which made a huge difference.
I also experimented with Archangel’s Staff for the damage boost. It was a bit of a gamble, but sometimes it really paid off. Especially when I paired it with that “High Horsepower” augment. That thing made her ability hit like a truck, and she was running all over the place, just destroying people.
After, like, I don’t know, maybe 20 or 30 games, I started to get a good feel for what worked and what didn’t. Here is what I found out:
- Bloodthirster is pretty good on her for that healing, but she needs more than just that.
- Tank items are super important. Crownguard, Warmog’s Armor, even Ionic Spark. These help her stay alive long enough to do some damage.
- Archangel’s Staff is a nice damage boost if you can get it, but it’s not always necessary.
- That “High Horsepower” augment is amazing with her. Definitely pick it if you see it.
Finally
Anyway, it took a lot of trial and error, but I think I’ve finally cracked the code on building Lillia in TFT. You need a mix of healing and tank, with an optional damage boost from Archangel’s. And if you’re lucky enough to get “High Horsepower,” well, you’re pretty much set. Hope this helps some of you out there who are struggling with her. I’ve definitely had more success with her after figuring all this stuff out.
