Alright, so, I’ve been messing around with Pokémon Go lately, and let me tell you, this Giratina thing is a beast. I mean, I’ve been trying to get the best moveset for this guy, and it’s been a journey, to say the least.
First off, I started digging around to see what other players were saying about Giratina. Turns out, it’s a big deal in the Go Battle League, especially in the Ultra League. Who knew, right? So, I figured I’d better get this right.

From what I gathered, this thing called Mega Rayquaza and Shadow Tyranitar are like the ultimate counters for Giratina. But, honestly, I don’t have either of those yet, so I had to look at other options. Then, I found out that even without those, Shadow Tyranitar is still a boss counter, apparently because of this move called Brutal Swing. It even beats out Dialga Origin, which I thought was pretty cool.
So, I’ve spent hours catching Pokémon, powering them up, and trying out different battles. I’ve switched moves, used up tons of TMs, and even lost a bunch of battles just to see what works. It’s been a grind, but a fun one.
- Shadow Claw is a must-have. It’s a fast move, and it charges up your other moves super quick.
- For the charged moves, Dragon Claw is great. It hits fast and does decent damage.
- Shadow Sneak can be a good choice, too. Sometimes it throws people off guard.
Here’s what I’ve learned about battling with Giratina:
I’ve been practicing in the Ultra League, and let me tell you, it’s tough. But, Giratina has been holding its own. I’ve won some, I’ve lost some, but overall, it’s been a blast figuring out how to use this Pokémon effectively.
I’m still experimenting with different strategies and movesets, but so far, this is what’s been working for me. If you’re also trying to master Giratina, I hope my experience helps you out. It’s all about practice and finding what works best for your playstyle. Keep at it, and you’ll be crushing it in the Ultra League in no time!
I am gonna keep grinding and see if I can get those top counters. I have heard that some of the moves can be tricky. I may try other moves to see if that can throw people off guard. Anyways, just wanted to share my experience with y’all. Hope you guys find it useful.
