Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into Pokémon Scarlet and Violet lately, and let me tell you, the nostalgia is real! I wanted to see how many of my old favorites made it into these games, and I was pleasantly surprised.
First thing I did was check out the list of returning Pokémon. Apparently, there are 230 of them confirmed so far. That’s a pretty decent chunk of the Pokédex! I was stoked to see some of my all-time favorites in there. I spent hours combing through the list, making notes of which ones I wanted to catch first.
Then, I found out about these DLC packs coming later this year. They’re supposed to bring back even more old Pokémon, kind of like what they did with Sword and Shield. Naturally, I got super hyped about this! I started making a wishlist of all the Pokémon I hope they add. It’s a long shot, but hey, a trainer can dream, right?
I also stumbled upon something called “Mochi Mayhem”. Apparently, it’s an epilogue story related to the DLCs. You can get this new mythical Pokémon called Pecharunt after you finish it. But here’s the catch: you gotta beat the main stories for both DLCs first, The Teal Mask and The Indigo Disk. So, I’ve been grinding through those. It’s a bit of a chore, but I really want that Pecharunt!

It’s been a fun ride so far. Catching these returning Pokémon brings back so many memories. And the thought of even more being added in the future? That’s just icing on the cake! I’ll keep you guys updated as I make more progress. Gotta catch ’em all, right?
