So, I got into this whole CSGO skins thing recently. It’s kinda crazy how much people spend on these things, but hey, I’m not judging. I wanted to see what the fuss was about, so I started looking into this player, MarKE. Dude’s a beast in the North American Counter-Strike scene, from what I gathered. I don’t know which team he is on now, though.
Anyway, I also learned there’s this whole economy around these virtual items. I checked out this website, I think it was called D Market. They had listings for CS2, TF2, Rust, and Dota 2 stuff. It was wild, all these skins and things for sale. And the prices, man, some of them were nuts!

Skins prices
Speaking of prices, I noticed that the Karambit Case Hardened skin can vary a lot depending on its pattern. Learned something new about the wear levels too:
- Factory New (0.00 – 0.07)
- Minimal Wear (0.07 – 0.15)
- Field-Tested (0.15 – 0.38)
- Well-Worn (0.38 – 0.45)
I saw some guides about CSGO, trying to get a better grip on the game itself. I’ve been playing it, and it’s pretty fun but intense. I think as long as you’re okay with the competition and the fast pace, it’s a good time. Oh, and it’s free, which is a plus. Just make sure to turn off the voice chat if you’re not into that.
So yeah, that’s my little adventure into the world of CSGO and its skins. I spent a few days just soaking it all in. I’m not sure if I’m gonna go deep into collecting or anything, but it’s definitely an interesting scene.
