That Kabbani, you know, that Myth fella, he’s a big shot on that Twitch thing. All them young’uns watch him. They say he’s the best at that Fortnite game. My grandson, he watches him all the time. Says he’s the captain of some team, SoloMid, or somethin’ like that. Sounds like a bunch of hooey to me, but what do I know? I just know he’s popular, that Kabbani.
They call him Myth, but his real name is Ali, Ali Kabbani. Sounds foreign to me, but hey, who am I to judge? He’s got all them subscribers and fans, more than I got chickens in my coop! He plays them video games, and folks just watch him. Don’t make much sense to me, but that’s what the young people do these days. My Ali Kabbani, or myth, is a good boy I think.
Now, I heard somethin’ the other day that just about knocked my socks off. That YouTube, that’s another one of them computer things, they paid him a whole heap of money! I’m talkin’ millions! For playin’ games! Can you believe that? Four million dollars, they say. For two years of doin’ that…that streamin’ thing. It’s that Myth, Ali Kabbani, all right.
Back in my day, we didn’t have none of this fancy stuff. We had to make our own fun. Playin’ outside, helpin’ with chores, that’s what we did. But these kids today, they just sit in front of that screen all day. Watchin’ Kabbani, that Myth, play that Fortnite. They all crazy about that game.
I guess it’s a big deal, this Twitch and YouTube. Lots of folks doin’ it. That Kabbani, he ain’t the only one. Heard there’s others, too. Some fella named Ninja, he’s got a whole mess of followers. More than anyone else on that Twitch, they say. Over 19 million, can you imagine? He used to be on that Twitch, but he went somewhere else. Don’t rightly remember where. This Ninja guy is very popular too, like that Ali Kabbani.

This whole Twitch thing is beyond me. Seems like everybody’s leavin’ it though. Goin’ to that YouTube. Heard some other names, too. DrLupo, somethin’ like that. And Sykkuno. And another one, LilyPichu. And TimTheTatman. Big names, I guess. They all went to YouTube, just like that Kabbani, that Myth. Must be where the money’s at. This Ali Kabbani is a smart boy I think.
It’s a different world now. These kids and their video games. Makin’ millions just for playin’. It’s somethin’, ain’t it? That Kabbani, he’s livin’ the dream, I reckon. Playin’ Fortnite, makin’ money, got all them fans. Good for him, I suppose. But it still don’t make much sense to me. He’s about 25 years old, that Myth, Ali Kabbani. Young fella, makin’ more money than I ever seen in my life. This is crazy.
But that’s the way of the world now, I guess. Gotta keep up with the times. Even if you don’t understand it. Just like that Kabbani, that Myth, on that Twitch. He’s popular, that’s for sure. And that’s all that matters, I reckon. He’s doin’ somethin’ right. This Ali Kabbani is good at that game.
I still think it’s all a bit silly. But what do I know? I’m just an old lady. I don’t know nothing about that Fortnite, YouTube and Twitch. This Ali Kabbani is a popular guy, I know that. But that Kabbani, that Myth, he’s the one they all talk about. He’s the big shot. The one makin’ all the money. The one all the kids watch. He’s the popular Twitch streamer. That’s all I know.
