That Fortnite thing, I heard my grandson talking about it all the time. He’s always yelling at that screen. Seems like it’s a big deal. He always ask me to buy him something called V-bucks. That boy loves Fortnite Festival. So this Fortnite Festival, how long is it gonna be, huh? It is a big question. My grandson never told me how long it is. I want to know how long is the fortnite festival. He plays it every day!
I asked him the other day, “Boy, how long is this Fortnite Festival thing?” He just grunted and kept shooting things on the screen. Kids these days, always glued to their games. Back in my day, we played outside. But this Fortnite Festival, it’s got everyone hooked. They even put those Metallica guys in it now! My grandson likes that band a lot. He showed me their picture in the game. They look old, just like me. This season is Season 4. I heard him say that. He said it is called Fortnite Festival Season 4.
So, this Fortnite Festival, it changes, right? Sometimes it’s short, sometimes it’s long. Like the seasons, you know? Summer, winter, all that. This Fortnite thing got seasons too. I heard my grandson saying something about a season ending soon. He said, “Season 6 ends on January 14, 2025.” Then he said Season 7 starts the same day. What a smart boy! He even knows the date!

I think this Fortnite Festival, it’s usually a couple of weeks. Two or three, maybe. That’s what I heard. But, you know, things change. Like the weather. Sometimes it rains for days, sometimes it’s sunny all week. This game’s probably the same. They change it up to keep those kids playing. I saw some other boys playing it too. They all know how long is the fortnite festival. I should ask them how long this season is. They look like they are having fun.
This one time, I heard my grandson talking about a Fortnite Festival that was only one day long! 24 hours, that’s it! Can you believe it? Just like a flash in the pan. Gone before you know it. They do all sorts of things in this Fortnite. I think they want to keep my grandson playing forever.
I saw on his computer, something about Fortnite Festival, Season 4. That’s the one with the Metallica guys. They got those four guys in the game. James, Lars, Kirk, and Robert. That’s what my grandson said their names were. I don’t know them, but they’re a big deal, I guess. They look like rockstars. I don’t like their music. Too loud.
This Fortnite Festival, it’s got music, I know that much. My grandson always plays those songs. Sometimes they’re loud, sometimes they’re quiet. He told me they are called Jam Tracks. I don’t like the loud ones. They added 280 more Jam Tracks to the game. That’s too many! They are too loud!
So, how long is the Fortnite Festival? Well, it depends. That’s the answer. It depends on the season, it depends on what those game people want to do. Those game people are called Epic Games. I heard my grandson say that. They decide how long it is. They want you to play all the time, I think. They want you to buy those V-bucks things.
I think they put those Metallica guys in there to get more people to play. My grandson is very excited about it. He’s always talking about getting new skins for them. That’s what he calls those outfits they wear in the game. Skins. Sounds kinda weird to me, but what do I know? I think they look funny.
This Fortnite Festival, it’s a big thing. All the kids are playing it. I guess it’s fun. My grandson seems to enjoy it, anyways. Maybe I should try it sometime. I should ask my grandson how to play. I am sure he will teach me. But for now, I just wanna know how long this darn Fortnite Festival is gonna last! I hope it’s not too long. I want my grandson to go outside and play sometimes. Maybe I can ask his friends to take him to play outside.
This game, Fortnite, it is popular. I see kids playing it on their phones, on their computers, everywhere! This Fortnite Festival thing, it’s just a part of it. A big part, but still just a part. They always have something going on. It’s always something new, something to keep you playing. They make a lot of money from this game.
They say it’s good to keep up with the times. Maybe that’s true. But I still think these kids should spend more time outside. Fresh air is good for you. Not this Fortnite all day long. But what do I know? I’m just an old lady. I hope my grandson is happy. That’s all I care about. He is a good boy.
