Now, I don’t understand all these fancy terms, but he was goin’ on about “packs” and “teams.” Somethin’ about gettin’ new players in these packs. Like them baseball cards I used to see, but for this FIFA game. He told me you gotta open them packs in the game’s store to find new players. He said, “Grandma, you gotta go to the store, then you find ‘My Packs.’” He said that Erling Haaland is in these packs! He’s so popular! And if you get good players, you can make your team stronger. It’s like tendin’ to your garden, you gotta get the good seeds to grow the best tomatoes, ya know?
And that Haaland boy, they talk about him like he is a real-life person! I think he is a real player and they made a game version of him. They say he plays for some team called Manchester City. Big, fancy name. Some say he might go to a team called Barcelona. Sounds Spanish. But who knows where he’ll end up? He’s a big deal, that’s for sure. Anyway, that’s all I hear about these days. Haaland this, FIFA that. It’s all a bit much for me, but the young folks sure do love it.
