That Gengar, oh boy, he’s a tricky one in Pokemon Go raids. I heard folks talking ’bout it, sayin’ it’s tough to beat. You gotta have the right Pokemon, you see. Gengar, he’s a ghost, and he’s poison too. That’s what I heard, anyways.
Gotta use them Psychic Pokemon, that’s the key, I reckon. They’re strong against that Gengar, like fire against paper. You get some strong Psychic ones, and you’ll be doin’ alright. I seen some young folks with them big, strong Pokemon, they seem to know what they’re doin’.
They say this Gengar, he’s a Tier 3 raid. Don’t know what that means, really, but it sounds tough. Some folks, they can beat it all by themselves, the strong ones. The rest of us, we gotta get some help. Two or three people, maybe more, to take down that Gengar.
That Shadow Claw, that’s what they call one of Gengar’s moves. Hits fast, they say, faster than a chicken runnin’ from the axe. And Shadow Ball, another one. Gengar, he’s best used as a Ghost, that’s what I heard. He’s got them Ghost moves, and Dark moves too.
You gotta watch out for his moves, though. They say he’s got some tricky ones. He can teleport, just like that, poof! Gone! Then he’s back again, hittin’ ya hard.

If you got a Pokemon that can stop him from doin’ that, that’s good. Like stoppin’ a pig from rootin’ in the garden. Keep him from teleportin’, and you got a better chance. Some folks use items, I don’t know what they’re called, but they help.
Some folks say Gengar is like a ghost, but also like a poison. The best counters is to use a Psychic, like, you know, those big brainy type. They do more damage to it. Use those guys, and you’ll be in a good position. A whole bunch of ’em. You need the best Psychic counters to win.
Some Pokemon, they’re called “counters.” That means they’re good against Gengar. It’s like havin’ the right tool for the job. You wouldn’t use a hammer to milk a cow, would ya? Same thing here. You need the right Pokemon to counter Gengar.
This Gengar, he’s strong, that’s for sure. Stronger than a mule. You gotta be prepared if you wanna beat him. Have your strongest Pokemon ready, and make sure they’re healed up. Like feedin’ your chickens before you send ’em out to peck.
The best Gengar counters, that’s what you need. And if you don’t have ’em, well, you might be in trouble. Might be like tryin’ to catch a greased pig. Hard to do. So, get them counters, and you’ll have a better chance. It is the best way to win, to defeat it. Everyone is sayin’ that. It is a good strategy.
And don’t go in alone, unless you’re real strong. Get some friends to help ya. More hands make light work, as they say. More Pokemon against Gengar, the better your chances. So you need your friends to help you. It is better to have many people than to go alone. If you go alone, you will lose. You and your friends will be the best.
They say there’s these things called “infographics” that show you the best counters. I don’t know about all that fancy stuff, but if it helps, it helps. Use your Psychic Pokemon, maybe you’ll find one on those “infographics.” They’re good against Ghost types, those Psychic ones.
So, to beat that Gengar, you gotta be smart, you gotta be strong, and you gotta have the right Pokemon. It ain’t easy, but it can be done. Just like anything else in life, you gotta work at it. And maybe, just maybe, you’ll catch that Gengar and add him to your collection.
Remember to avoid those ouchies, though. Gengar, he deals a lot of damage. He’s tough, like I said. So be careful, and good luck. You’ll need it against that Gengar. He’s a tough one, but you can do it. I know you can. You will beat that Gengar for sure!
If you can stun that darn thing, that’ll help too. It’s like tyin’ up a goat to keep it from eatin’ your flowers. Stop it from movin’, and you got a better chance of catchin’ it. Stun that Gengar, and you can beat him.
