Eh, when does League Split 2 start, you ask? Well, let me tell ya, it’s comin’ up soon. Ya see, them folks at Riot, they like to keep us on our toes, don’t they? So, Split 2, it’s gonna start not long after Split 1 ends, just like they always do. Ya gotta finish Split 1 first though, and that’s gonna wrap up in May, usually around the middle of the month. This year it’s May 15th or somethin’ like that.
Now, lemme tell ya how this works. After Split 1, they give y’all a little breather, but just a tiny one. They say Split 2 starts around noon, right on May 15. Local time, of course, so depends where you live. No need to be rushin’, but ya better be ready! They don’t give ya much time, only a few hours to rest your fingers before Split 2 kicks off. Them ranked queues gonna be back open, and you know what that means? Back to climbin’ the ladder, whether ya ready or not.
What happens in Split 2?
Well, lemme tell ya, Split 2 ain’t much different from Split 1 in the grand scheme of things. But, for folks who didn’t get the rank they wanted in Split 1, Split 2 is another chance. It’s like they givin’ ya a do-over, if ya know what I mean. Same rules, same champs, but them changes from patch updates could shake things up a bit. I heard there’s some big changes comin’ with patch 14.10. So, if yer thinkin’ about stickin’ to the same ol’ strategies from Split 1, ya better think again.
Now, Riot, they like to keep us busy. They added this whole idea of three splits in a season just recently, so Split 2 ain’t the end either. There’s always Split 3 comin’ after. But that’s a talk for another day, we focusin’ on Split 2 now. Just make sure ya don’t fall too far behind in Split 1, otherwise, it’s gonna be a hard climb back up in Split 2.
What should ya do before Split 2 starts?
- First off, finish up yer Split 1 games. Don’t be slackin’ off now.
- Second, if yer serious about climbin’, check out what changes are comin’ in Patch 14.10. That’s important, cause Riot likes to throw curveballs with these patches.
- Last, get ready for more grindin’. Them queues ain’t gonna be easier in Split 2, especially with folks tryin’ to rank up before the season ends.
So, when does League Split 2 start? Well, May 15th, noon sharp. Make sure yer ready, cause it’s gonna be another long battle to get them ranks. And if ya miss it, well, there’s always Split 3 down the road. But who wants to wait for that, right?
