Alright, guys, so I wanted to figure out this whole “quicksell values” thing in MLB The Show 24. I’d heard some chatter online, but nothing concrete, so I decided to dive in and do some digging myself. My main goal was to get a better sense of what cards I should be holding onto, and which ones I could safely ditch for some quick Stubs.
My Little Experiment Begins
First, I started by just opening a bunch of standard packs. Nothing fancy, just the regular ones you can buy with Stubs. I wanted a good mix of cards, from common all the way up to diamond. I ripped through like, twenty packs, I think. My fingers got a workout, let me tell you!

Then came the tedious part. I went through my inventory, card by card, and started quickselling them. One. By. One.
Jotting Down the Numbers
I kept it pretty simple. I grabbed a notepad, and for each card, I wrote down:
- The Player’s Overall Rating
- Their Rarity (Common, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond)
- The Quicksell Value (How many Stubs I got for it)
It took a while, lots of clicking, lots of note-taking. My hand started to cramp up a bit, not gonna lie. But I was determined to get a good sample size.
The Results(Kind Of…)
After quickselling a ton of cards, I start looking at values of my cards.
It wasn’t rocket science, really. But doing it myself, seeing the numbers in my own collection, it definitely helped me get a better feel for the market. And I recommend you guys to do it too!
