Okay, so I’ve been getting back into Pokemon Go lately, and one of the things I really wanted to get better at was raids. You know, those big battles where you team up with other players to take down a super strong Pokemon? Yeah, those.
The problem was, I didn’t really have any friends who played actively. I’d see raids popping up, but I’d never have enough people to actually win. So, I started thinking, “There’s gotta be a way to find other players, right?”

I started by Googling for “Pokemon Go raid friend codes,” just a simple search. I wanted to find codes of people, so I could easily participate with others.
My Process of Finding Friends to Raid
- Digging Through Forums: I spent a good chunk of time on some online forums, I was looking for active communities where people might be sharing their friend codes.
- Adding Friends: After collecting friend codes, I decided to add them in the game, I wanted to expand my friend list.
- Participate in Raids: I decided to participate in raids, that’s how I found my new friends!
It was a bit slow going at first,Copying and pasting codes, sending out requests… felt like a bit of a grind, honestly.
But then, slowly but surely, I started getting friend requests back. And then… the raid invites started coming in! I was finally able to join in on some bigger raids, and it made a huge difference. We actually started winning!
It’s still a work in progress, of course. I’m still building up my friend list, and I’m definitely still learning the ropes of raiding strategy. But it’s been so much more fun now that I can actually participate in these battles. I even managed to snag a few rare Pokemon I never thought I’d get my hands on!
So, yeah, that’s my little Pokemon Go raid adventure so far. Basically, if you’re struggling to find raid buddies, definitely go the friend code route. It takes a little effort, but it’s worth it in the end.
