Okay, folks, let’s dive into my little adventure of catching Mr. Mime in Pokémon Go.
First things first, I booted up the Pokémon Go app on my phone. You know, the usual routine – tap the icon, wait for the loading screen, and pray it doesn’t crash.
The Hunt Begins
I initially had no special plan. I was just walking around my local park, hoping for the best, Maybe * will just show up! But I quickly realized that was wishful thinking.
Real Reserch
I remembered that * only appears in Europe.
So I have to find a way to go to Europe.
The “Fly” Tactic
So I started researching,I found there are some “fly” apps can do the trick.
I picked a “fly” app, and then follow the steps,
- Open the app.
- Read the tutorials.
- Find a location in Europe.
- Start the mock location.
- Jump back to Pokémon Go and see if the location has been changed.
After all that, I reopened Pokémon Go. Boom! My avatar was chilling in, let’s say, London.
Waiting Game
Now, it was a waiting game. I wandered around the virtual streets of London, spinning PokéStops, catching the occasional Pidgey, and generally just keeping an eye out.
And then, bam! There he was. A Mr. Mime, just standing there, looking all mime-like. My heart skipped a beat. I tapped on him, and the familiar encounter screen popped up.
The Catch
I threw a Razz Berry to increase my chances, then lobbed an Ultra Ball. One shake, two shakes, three shakes… and click! Got him!
I felt a surge of accomplishment. It might seem silly to some, but hey, I got my Mr. Mime. Mission accomplished!
