Alright, so I tried out this Olaf carry thing in TFT today, and let me tell you, it was a wild ride.
First, I started by scouting. I looked at what everyone else was building, trying to see if anyone was going hard on Slayers or Bruisers. If too many people were, I’d probably pivot, you know? Gotta be flexible.

Early Game
Early game, I focused on just getting any Olaf I could find. Didn’t even matter if it was a one-star, just wanted him on the board. I also grabbed any Bruisers and Slayers I saw. My economy was, uh, not great, but hey, gotta spend money to make money, right?
- I picked up a couple of random two-star units just to have some front line.
- I slapped whatever items I got onto whoever looked strongest.
- I Lost many rounds.
Mid Game
Mid-game was where things started to get interesting. I finally hit a two-star Olaf and started putting some actual items on him. Guinsoo’s Rageblade is, and Hand of Justice. Gotta get that attack speed and healing, my dudes.
I also started to really prioritize getting my Bruiser and Slayer traits active. Four Bruisers is a big deal, and so is the Slayer boost. I was still losing some rounds, but Olaf was starting to pop off, like, he’d just go nuts and delete a couple of units. It was beautiful.
Late Game
Late game was a nail-biter. Everyone was getting strong, and I was still trying to three-star my Olaf. I finally hit it, and oh boy, it was glorious. With Guinsoo fully stacked, Hand of Justice healing, it was like a one-man army.I also managed to get the Legend augment, which add more power.
- I positioned Olaf carefully, trying to make sure he wouldn’t get instantly CC’d.
- I scouted constantly, adjusting my positioning based on who I was fighting.
- I prayed to the RNG gods for good item drops,I got.
In the end, I managed to pull off a win. It wasn’t easy, and there were definitely some close calls, but that three-star Olaf with the right items is a monster. I wouldn’t say it’s the most consistent comp, but when it works, it really works.
So I recommend you can try it.
