Okay, so I’ve been wanting to play Wild Rift, but like, on a bigger screen. My phone is fine, but sometimes I just want to chill on the couch and play on my TV. So, I started looking into how to get Wild Rift on my console.
The Hunt Begins
First, I googled “Wild Rift on console,” of course. Most of the stuff I found was about how it might come to consoles someday, or it was just clickbait. Bummer. But I kept digging.

The Workaround
I am a player of the national server, but also play the international server. So, the methods are interlinked.I found some stuff about using emulators and screen mirroring. That sounded promising! Basically, the idea is to play the game on your phone or a PC emulator, and then send that image to your TV.
Then I try to cast my phone screen. Because my phone could cast the screen to the TV and then connect the * the latency is unbearable, and the screen mirroring from my phone was laggy as heck. The game was unplayable.
The Solution (Kind Of)
Then I think about using PC emulator.
- First, I downloaded an Android emulator on my PC.
- Then, I installed Wild Rift within the emulator. This was pretty straightforward, just like installing it on a phone.
- Next, I connected my PC to my TV using an HDMI cable. Easy peasy.
- Finally, I launched the emulator, started Wild Rift, and… it worked!
I grabbed my Bluetooth controller, paired it with my PC, and I was good to go. The controls were a little wonky at first, and I had to tweak some settings in the emulator to get it running smoothly. Also adjust the position of each skill button on the PC emulator to accommodate the handle operation.
It’s not perfect, the graphics look a bit stretched on the big screen, and it does depend on having a decent PC. Also, it can be laggy to connect wirelessly, so I recommend to play with cable * hey, I’m playing Wild Rift on my TV, and that’s pretty cool.
It’s kind of a roundabout way to do it, but if you’re really itching to play Wild Rift on your console, this is one way to make it happen. Just be prepared to do some tinkering!
