Okay, folks, let’s dive into my little experiment with Chet Holmgren in NBA 2K.
So, I’ve been messing around with NBA 2K, and I was really curious to see how Chet Holmgren plays in the game. I’d heard some buzz, so I thought, “Why not give it a shot myself?”
Getting Started
First thing I did was jump into a quick game. I just wanted to get a feel for him, you know? No fancy settings, just straight into the action. I picked the Thunder, obviously, and went up against a random team. I think it was the Celtics.
First Impressions
- Dude is tall. Like, really tall. This was obvious, but seeing it in-game, it really stands out.
- His shot is smooth. I was hitting greens pretty easily, even from deep.
- Blocking is insane. I was swatting shots left and right. He’s like a one-man wall.
Digging Deeper
After a few quick games, I started tweaking some settings. I wanted to see how he’d do in different situations. I messed with the sliders a bit, bumped up the difficulty, and even tried him out at different positions, just for kicks.
One thing I noticed was that he’s not super strong. He can get bullied in the paint by bigger guys. But, his height and reach make up for it most of the time. You just gotta be smart about how you use him.
My Player mode Fun
Then I Created My Own Player, I used Chet as the build, and play games in My Career, it’s was so much fun. Chet’s unique play style and the my own creativity that I put in, made me scoring more and more points. I got a lot of fun with this.
Experiment result
I even tried recreating some of his real-life highlights. It was pretty cool to see how close I could get. I managed to nail a few of his signature moves, which was satisfying.
Final Thoughts
Overall, playing with Chet Holmgren in 2K is a blast. He’s a unique player, and the game does a pretty good job of capturing that. He’s not perfect, but he’s definitely fun to use. If you’re looking for a different kind of player to try out, give him a shot. You might be surprised.
