Alright, guys, let’s talk about how I finally snagged that awesome Dark Cosmic Jhin skin in League. It was a bit of a journey, so I figured I’d share my experience.
The Hunt Begins
First off, I knew this wasn’t gonna be a simple “buy it from the store” situation. I’d heard it involved some kind of “milestone” system. I did little digging,turns out, I had to get my hands on these things called “Cosmic 2023 Capsules”.
Capsule Chaos
So, I found out these capsules were only available during patches 13.17 and 13.18. I’m pretty sure they were 750 RP each. My wallet started crying at that point. Honestly, buying a bunch of these, hoping to get lucky to drop the skin.
Opening Time
I grabbed a few capsules, took a deep breath, and started opening them. I got a little nervous during the process, you know? Like opening a present and hoping it’s not socks. Got some random stuff, but no Jhin skin… yet!
More Capsules…
Kept at it, bought some more capsules. It was all about getting lucky. I opened few more… I have to admit, it was getting a little frustrating. I won’t say how many times. Keep buying,and keep opening.
Finally!
BOOM! There it was. Seriously, The feeling of joy is hard to describe. After all that, the Dark Cosmic Jhin skin was finally * was pretty *’s awesome, by the way. Totally worth the grind… and the RP.
