Alright, guys, so I wanted to figure out how to add a secondary position for my players in MLB The Show 24. I jumped into the game and started poking around, and here’s what I did.
Finding the Right Menu
First, I went to my squad, you know, the main roster screen. From there, I selected the player I wanted to mess with. I picked a guy who I thought should be able to play multiple positions, just based on, like, real-life baseball knowledge.
Editing the Player
Once you pick your player, you should see an option to “Edit Player.” I clicked on that. Boom, I’m in the player editor.
Adding that Secondary
Now, this is where it got a little tricky. I was looking around, and I finally found it. There’s a section for “Position.” It shows the player’s primary position, obviously, but right next to it, there’s a spot to add a secondary. I clicked on that, and it gave me a list of all the positions.
- I scrolled through the list.
- I picked the position I wanted.
- I confirmed my choice, and it added it to the player’s profile.
Saving My Changes
Finally, and this is important, I made sure to save the changes! Don’t forget that part, or you’ll have to do it all over again. Now my guy can play two positions, and my lineup is way more flexible. It was a little confusing at the beginning, but the final success makes me feel great!
