Okay, so I’ve been digging around for info on the new Magic: The Gathering set, “Wilds of Eldraine,” and let me tell you, the leaks are juicy! I started my hunt like I always do, by scouring the usual forums and social media groups. I figured, “Where there’s smoke, there’s gotta be fire,” right?
The Deep Dive
First, I jumped onto Reddit. That place is a goldmine for leaks, but you gotta sift through a lot of garbage. I spent a good hour just scrolling through posts and comments, mostly finding jokes and wild speculation. But then, bam! I found a blurry image of what looked like a new card. It was hard to make out, but I could see some keywords and a bit of the art.

Next, I hit up some Discord servers dedicated to MTG leaks. This is where things got interesting. People were actively discussing potential spoilers, sharing links to images, and even translating stuff from other languages. I found a couple of conversations that seemed legit, with users claiming to have inside sources. Of course, you gotta take it all with a grain of salt, but it’s exciting nonetheless.
- One user shared a link to a forum, the forum was in a different language, so I just used good ol’ google translate, it’s clunky but it works.
- I found a few card names that sounded pretty cool, and some descriptions of abilities that seemed powerful.
- I also saw some speculation about the story, and it looks like we’re going back to a fairytale-inspired world, which is awesome.
I even dabbled in some Twitter searches. The search can find the some random accounts that post leaks, but it’s mostly just retweets and people arguing about whether something is real or fake. Still, I managed to find a couple of interesting tidbits that corroborated what I’d seen elsewhere.
Putting the Pieces Together
After a few hours of research, I felt like I had a decent grasp on some of the leaked information.
I copied some text from multiple locations, then threw them into google docs so I could organize my findings. I was trying to separate the stuff that seemed credible from the obvious fakes. It’s like putting together a puzzle, but you don’t know what the final picture is supposed to look like.
Overall, I’m super hyped for “Wilds of Eldraine.” The leaked cards and story hints look amazing, and I can’t wait to see what else Wizards of the Coast has in store for us. This set, might be pretty good.
