Okay, so today I jumped back into Ultimate Team to check out this “FUTTIES Re-Release Batch 2” thing. Honestly, I hadn’t been playing much lately, but I saw some buzz online and figured, why not?
Getting Started
First thing I did was, of course, log in. Navigated through the menus – you know the drill – to the Ultimate Team section. Right away, I saw the promotions for the new batch.

Checking Out the Players
I spent a good chunk of time just browsing the available players. I mean, that’s the main draw, right? Seeing which special cards are back in packs. I was looking through the menus, comparing stats, and trying to remember which players I already had.
- Noticed a few really high-rated cards that I definitely wouldn’t mind adding to my squad.
- Saw some old favorites that brought back memories of earlier in the game cycle.
Opening Some Packs
Of course, I couldn’t resist opening a few packs. I had some saved up, and I also bought a couple with coins. It’s always a gamble, but hey, that’s part of the fun, right?
I didn’t get anything amazing in my first few packs, mostly just some lower-rated players that I’ll probably end up using for Squad Building Challenges later. But then, in one of the packs I bought, I pulled a pretty decent FUTTIES card! Not one of the top-tier ones, but still, a solid addition to my club.
Playing a Few Games
After messing around with the packs and checking out the players, I decided to play a few games to see how my team felt. I made a few adjustments, swapping in a couple of the new players I had packed, and jumped into some Division Rivals matches.
The games were pretty sweaty, as usual. I won some, I lost some. But overall, it was fun to be back playing, and it was cool to see some of these re-released cards in action.
I played matches to the end and tried my new card.
Overall Thoughts
All in all, it was a pretty chill session. I didn’t spend hours grinding, but it was a nice way to dip my toes back into the game and check out the new content. Will I keep playing regularly? I’m not sure yet, but this re-release definitely got me interested again, at least for a little while.
