Alright guys, so I’ve been wanting to get my hands on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 for a while now, but you know, games can be pricey. So I started my quest to find a discount code and save some cash.
Digging Around
First, I hit up the usual spots – you know, the big gaming websites. I scrolled through a bunch of articles and forums, but most of the codes I found were either expired or didn’t work for the platform I needed (I’m on PC, by the way).
Then, I checked out some of those coupon websites. You know the ones, they always pop up when you’re searching for deals. I spent a good chunk of time clicking through different sites, trying out various codes, and mostly ended up disappointed. Some of them were just clickbait, others were for different versions of the game, and some were just plain fake.
Getting Creative
I decided to get a little more creative. I started following some gaming influencers and streamers on social media, hoping they might have some exclusive codes. I also joined a few gaming Discord servers, figuring the community might have some leads.
I even tried looking at some less-known websites. but still no luck.
My “Wasted” Time

So, yeah, that’s my story. It was a bit of a letdown, but it doesn’t mean the search is done. I hope can find some good deals soon, and I shared my experience, maybe someone can get some useful infomation from my “wasted” time.
