So, I decided to finally sell my Apex Legends account. I’ve been playing since launch, sunk a ridiculous amount of hours into it, and honestly, I’m just kinda burned out. Plus, I could use the extra cash.
First thing I did was take a good, hard look at my account. What did I actually have that was worth anything? Here’s what I jotted down:

- Heirloom: Got Wraith’s Kunai. That’s gotta be worth something, right?
- Legendary Skins: A bunch for Wraith, Bloodhound, and Lifeline. I remember splurging on some event skins back in the day.
- Rank: Usually hit Diamond, sometimes Masters if I really grinded.
- Stats: Pretty decent K/D, nothing crazy, but respectable.
- Badges: Had a few 4k damage badges and some 20-bomb badges.
Next up, I needed to figure out where to even sell this thing. Did some quick searching and stumbled upon a few popular options. I read some reviews, checked out their security measures and chose one.
Figuring Out the Price
This was the tricky part. I had absolutely no clue what my account was worth. I mean, it felt valuable to me, but what would someone actually pay? I started comparing my stuff to other accounts.
I spent a solid evening just browsing other listings. The prices were all over the place. It seemed like Heirlooms were a big deal, and the number of Legendary skins definitely mattered. Ranked rank was a factor, but not as huge as I thought. It was mostly about the cosmetics.
After comparing, I decided to list it for what felt like a fair, but not ridiculous price.
Making the Listing
I snapped some screenshots of my best skins, badges, and stats. I wrote a description that was honest, but also highlighted the good stuff. I made sure to emphasize the Wraith Kunai and the Legendary skins.
- Mentioned the Heirloom
- Listed out my favorite/rarest Legendary skins
- Included my usual rank (Diamond)
- Was upfront about my K/D and general stats
I triple-checked everything, made sure my contact info was right, and then… I hit publish. It was kinda nerve-wracking, not gonna lie.
The Waiting Game
I got a few lowball offers pretty quickly, which I ignored. Then, after a couple of days, I got a message from someone who seemed genuinely interested. We chatted back and forth a bit, they asked a few questions, and then… they made a reasonable offer.
I ended up accepting it.
It was a bit of a process, I received the payment. Overall, it was smoother than I expected, but definitely took some time and effort.
