Okay, so I’ve been grinding in Apex Legends lately, and you know what’s been on my mind? Revenant skins. That creepy murder-bot has some of the coolest (and most terrifying) looks in the game, and I decided it was time to seriously upgrade my collection.
The Hunt Begins
First things first, I checked out the in-game store. I always keep an eye on the rotating selection, you know, just in case something amazing pops up. Sometimes you get lucky with a discounted legendary or a cool recolor. No dice this time, though. Nothing that really screamed “must-have” for my edgy robot friend.
Crafting My Way to Victory (Maybe)
Next, I dove into my crafting metals. I’ve been saving them up like a squirrel hoarding nuts, all for this very purpose. I opened up Revenant’s skin menu and started browsing. Man, there are a LOT of options. I spent a good chunk of time just looking at all the different legendary skins, trying to decide which one fit my vibe the best.
- Relic of Death, looked pretty cool.
- False Idol, is also what I like.
- I even considered some of the epic skins.
The problem? Legendary skins are EXPENSIVE. Like, seriously expensive. I didn’t quite have enough crafting metals for the one I really wanted. I ended up grabbing a decent epic skin instead.
Apex Packs and a Prayer
So, the crafting metal route got me a skin, but not the skin. Time for Plan C: Apex Packs. I had a few saved up, earned from leveling up. Time to crack them open! The first couple? Nothing special. Mostly common and rare stuff. Bummer.
But then… on the last pack… I saw that beautiful legendary glow. My heart started racing. Could it be? YES! It was a Revenant legendary! Not the exact one I was originally aiming for, but still an awesome one. I let out a whoop of joy that probably scared my cat.
The Aftermath
Finally, I equip the skin and show off on the battlefield!
So, that’s the story of my Revenant skin hunt. A little bit of crafting, a little bit of luck, and a whole lot of hoping for the best. I’m pretty happy with what I ended up with. Now, it’s time to jump back into the game and terrorize some squads with my stylish new look!
