Man, I gotta tell you about this Druddigon raid I did in Pokémon Go the other day. It was a wild ride, let me tell you.
So, I woke up early, and saw the announcement, it was Druddigon that day. I immediately made some coffee and ate breakfast, then I hopped on Pokémon Go, and started to check nearby gyms.
I found a Druddigon raid nearby, so I grabbed my phone and headed out the door. It was a bit of a walk, but I figured it was worth it for a chance to catch this dragon.
When I got to the gym, there were already a few other trainers there, so I joined the raid lobby with them. We chatted a bit about what Pokémon we were going to use. I decided to go with my trusty team of strong type. We just kept talking about this raid, and all waiting for more people to join.
After a few minutes, the raid started, and we all jumped in. The battle was intense, let me tell you! Druddigon is a tough one, but we all worked together and used our best moves. There were some close calls, but we kept pushing and kept healing our Pokémon.
- I used my best counter, which was a Gardevoir.
- Another guy used a Togekiss, that’s a great one too.
- We also had someone using a strong Dragonite.
Finally, after a tough battle, we defeated Druddigon! I was so pumped. Then came the time to catch it. I used a Golden Razz Berry and threw an Excellent Curveball. Thankfully, I caught it on the first try! I was so relieved. I didn’t even care what its IV’s were, I caught one, that’s all that mattered.
Celebration Time
After the raid, we all celebrated and compared our catches. It was a great feeling to take down such a strong Pokémon with a group of other trainers. I added a few of them as friends, and we said we’d raid together again sometime.
Overall, it was an awesome experience. Raiding is one of my favorite things to do in Pokémon Go, and this Druddigon raid was definitely one for the books. I can’t wait for the next one!
