Alright, so I’ve been messing around with FIFA 23 again, and let me tell you, Sandro Tonali is a beast in this game. I figured I’d share my experience with you guys, ’cause who doesn’t love a good game, right?

First off, I jumped into the game and started a new Career Mode. I always start with a lower-league team – gives me that sense of accomplishment, you know? Anyway, I made sure I had enough budget to bring in some new talent, and Tonali was at the top of my list.
The Transfer
So, I went to the transfer market and looked for Tonali. There he was, playing for AC Milan. I put in a transfer offer, and man, the negotiations were intense! It took a few tries, back and forth with counter-offers, but finally, we agreed on a fee. I swear, my palms were sweating during this whole thing.
Training and Development
Once Tonali was in my squad, I focused on training him up. I used him in every match, and I mean every match. I also put him through specific drills to improve his passing and tackling. He’s a midfielder, so those are pretty important, you know?
- Intensive passing drills – I scheduled a ton of these.
- Tackling practice – Gotta win the ball back, right?
- Set-piece training – He’s got a good free kick on him.
On the Pitch
Playing matches with Tonali was a game-changer, literally. His passes were always on point, connecting the defense to the attack. And his tackling? Forget about it! He’d slide in and win the ball back like it was nothing. It felt like he was everywhere on the pitch. It was awesome, like having an extra engine in the team.

With Tonali bossing the midfield, my team started winning more games. We got promoted after the first season, which was insane! I kept developing Tonali, and he kept getting better. I mean, who would want to sell a player like that?
The Results
After a few seasons, my team was playing in the top division, and we even managed to win a few trophies. Tonali was a key player in all of that. He was the heart of the team, our midfield general. I even got him up to a 90 overall rating! It was crazy. He’s got the skills, the vision, and the work rate. Perfect combination for a player, I say.
