Today, I wanted to get the High Noon Talon Prestige skin. I’ve been eyeing this one for a while, and today was the day I finally decided to go for it.
First, I hopped into the game and checked out the details. This skin is part of the Mythic Essence shop, so I knew I needed a good chunk of Mythic Essence to snag it. I had a bit saved up, but not nearly enough. Time to grind.
I started by looking at my event pass. These passes are usually a good way to pick up some extra Mythic Essence. I checked the rewards track and saw that I could grab some just by playing games and completing missions. Alright, game on!
I spent the next few hours grinding out games. I mostly played my favorite champions, focusing on completing the event missions. It was a bit of a slog, but slowly but surely, I started to see my Mythic Essence count go up.
- Game 1: Played a ranked game as Talon. Did pretty well, got an S-, and completed two missions.
- Game 2: Switched to ARAM to change things up. Had a blast playing as Jinx and finished another mission.
- Game 3: Back to ranked. This time I went with Leona support. It was a tough game, but we pulled through, and I got another mission done.
After a few more games, I finally had enough Mythic Essence. I went straight to the Mythic Essence shop, found the High Noon Talon Prestige skin, and hit that unlock button. Man, it felt good!
The skin itself is awesome. The effects are super cool, and the overall design is just badass. I’m really happy I decided to go for it. It was definitely worth the grind.

This whole experience was a good reminder that sometimes you just gotta put in the work to get what you want. It wasn’t easy, and it took some time, but in the end, it was totally worth it.
I played a few more games with the new skin, just to show it off, of course. And you know what? I think I played even better with it on. Maybe it’s just a placebo effect, but hey, I’ll take it.
So yeah, that’s how I got the High Noon Talon Prestige skin. It was a fun little adventure, and I’m stoked to have this awesome skin in my collection now. If you’re thinking about getting it, I say go for it! Just be prepared to put in some work. Peace out!
