The uninstaller actually finished, and the game was finally gone from my system. It felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders, finally!
So, yeah, that was my little adventure with uninstalling Escape from Tarkov. It was way more complicated than it should have been, but I learned a lot in the process. Now I know, if you ever have trouble uninstalling a program, and especially Escape from Tarkov, try a clean boot. It might just be the thing you need to solve your problem.
