Okay, so, I was really curious about how many people were playing Madden 24. You know, just to see how popular it is compared to other games I play. So, I decided to do a little digging around to find out the player count.
First, I checked out some of the usual places. You know, like the game’s official website and some gaming forums. I figured they might have some stats posted. But, nope, nothing there. It was all just general info about the game, nothing about how many people were actually playing it.
Next, I went to some of those third-party websites that track game stats. They usually have all sorts of numbers for different games. I looked up Madden 24 on a couple of them, but again, no luck. It was like this info was some big secret or something.
I even tried looking up some news articles and press releases. I thought maybe a gaming news site or the game developer themselves might have mentioned the player count somewhere. But still, nothing. It was starting to get a bit frustrating, to be honest.
So, I decided to try a different approach. I figured, why not check out some social media platforms? Maybe people were talking about it on Twitter or Reddit. I searched for Madden 24 on these sites, and while there were plenty of discussions about the game, there was nothing specific about the player count. Ugh. It is getting more frustrating.
Finally I got it!
But, I did find something interesting. I stumbled upon a couple of live streams of people playing Madden 24. And guess what? These streams had viewer counts! So, I started watching a few of these streams and noting down how many people were watching. It wasn’t the total player count, but it was something. I could at least get a rough idea of how many people were actively playing or watching others play.
Here’s what I found after watching a few streams for a while:
- Stream 1: Averaged around 500 viewers.
- Stream 2: Had about 1,000 viewers consistently.
- Stream 3: This one was popular, with around 2,500 viewers.
So, based on this, I figured that at any given time, there are at least a few thousand people playing or watching Madden 24. It’s not a huge number, but it’s not tiny either. It’s a decent-sized community, it seems.
Of course, this is just a rough estimate based on a small sample. The actual player count could be higher or lower. But hey, it’s better than nothing, right? And it was kind of fun doing this little investigation. Makes you appreciate the game a bit more when you see there are others out there enjoying it too.
