Okay, so I’ve been messing around with FIFA 23 lately, and I wanted to share my experience with this player, Alexis Mac Allister.
First off, I fired up the game and started looking for a new midfielder to add to my team. I’d heard some buzz about Mac Allister, so I decided to check him out. He’s an Argentine guy, born in ’98, plays in the Premier League for Brighton & Hove Albion, which, you know, isn’t too shabby.
When I first got him on my team, his overall rating was 76. Not too bad, but nothing to write home about. He’s not the tallest guy, about 5’9″, which I guess is pretty average for a footballer. Anyway, I started playing him in a few matches, getting a feel for how he handles on the pitch. He’s right-footed, which works for me, and has a 3-star skill move rating. I noticed he was pretty decent at passing and dribbling, but I was hoping for a bit more, you know?
So, I kept playing him, trying out different formations and tactics. I really wanted to see if I could boost his performance. And you know what? It started to pay off. As I got more familiar with his style, I started noticing his potential. He was getting better at interceptions, his passes were becoming more accurate, and he was even scoring a few goals here and there.

- He’s 23, so he’s got plenty of room to grow.
- He’s mainly a center midfield, but you can also play him as a central attacking midfielder (CAM).
Here’s what I found out:
After a while, I saw his rating climb. It went from 76 to 80, and I even saw some stats suggesting he could reach an 84 potential. That’s a pretty solid improvement! I even managed to get his World Cup TOTT card, which boosted him to 86, and his Moments card is rated 94, that’s a huge improvement! I mean, I was stoked! It felt like all those hours grinding were finally paying off.
Overall, my experience with Mac Allister in FIFA 23 has been a fun ride. It’s cool to see a player develop like that, and it makes the game a lot more engaging. If you’re looking for a midfielder with potential, I’d say give him a shot. Just be patient, put in the time, and you might be surprised at what he can do.
