Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this Pokemon, Regidrago, in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. It’s a pretty cool Dragon-type, but figuring out the best way to use it in battles took some time.
First off, I tried a bunch of different moves. This thing can learn a good mix, like Bite, Outrage, Dragon Pulse, and even Hyper Beam. I experimented with all sorts of combinations, trying to see what worked best.

Choosing the Right Nature
Then there’s the whole Nature thing. I had to do a bit of digging to figure out which Nature would give Regidrago the best stats for battling. It’s not as straightforward as you’d think, there were a few options to consider.
Competitive Battles
Once I had a few movesets I liked, I started testing them out in competitive battles. Man, that was a learning curve! I got my butt kicked a few times, but I also saw what other players were doing with their Regidragos. There are some smart cookies out there, let me tell you.
Checking Out the Stats
- I also spent some time looking at Regidrago’s stats, you know, the IVs and all that.
- There’s this whole thing about which stats are best for different battle leagues in Pokemon GO.
- It’s a bit complicated, but it’s important if you want to get the most out of your Pokemon.
Best Attacks Combination
After all that experimenting, I think I’ve landed on a pretty solid moveset. It seems like focusing on Dragon Pulse and Outrage is a good strategy. And Hyper Beam is good too.
This whole process was a real journey. There’s a lot more to competitive Pokemon than I initially thought. But hey, it’s fun figuring it all out, and finally having a Regidrago that can hold its own in battle is pretty rewarding. I’m sure there’s still more to learn, but for now, I’m feeling pretty good about my Regidrago build.
