Okay, so I’ve been playing a ton of Pokemon Go lately, and I really wanted to get my hands on a Kleavor. It’s such a cool-looking Pokemon, and I heard it’s pretty strong, too. But figuring out how to evolve Scyther into Kleavor was a bit of a head-scratcher at first.
First, I needed to catch a Scyther. Luckily, I remembered that they sometimes pop up in the Training Lowlands area on the Isle of Armor. So, I headed over there and started searching. I spent a good chunk of time running around, checking both the tall grass and the open areas where they like to fly around. Eventually, after a lot of searching, I finally found one! It was such a relief to finally catch it.
Now, here’s where things got interesting. Turns out, you can’t just evolve Scyther into Kleavor in Pokemon Go like you do with most Pokemon. You need a special item called Black Augurite. I had no idea where to find this thing, so I started asking around in some online communities and reading up on it.
- I learned that Black Augurite is specific to the Hisui region, which is from Pokemon Legends: Arceus.
- This means it’s not something you just stumble upon in the regular Pokemon Go world.
- You actually have to obtain a Hisuian Scyther and complete research task in that game to get the item.
- Then trade your Hisuian Scyther to Pokemon Go and evolve it.
I don’t own Pokemon Legends: Arceus. I asked my friend, he has one. After trading my Scyther with him, He helped me to get the Black Augurite, and traded my Scyther back. We did it! I finally evolved my Scyther into a Kleavor!
It took a while, and I had to do a lot of research, but it was totally worth it. Now I have a Kleavor on my team, and I’m ready to take on some raids!
