Okay, so I’ve been messing around with CS:GO cases and knives lately, and I thought I’d share my little journey. It’s kind of a rabbit hole once you get started. I mean, who doesn’t want a cool knife skin, right?
So, first, I started digging around to figure out which cases actually have knives in them. Turns out, there are a bunch of different cases, and each one has its own set of possible knives.

What Cases Have Knives?
I looked at the CS:GO Weapon Case first. This one’s a classic, released way back in August 14th. You can find all sorts of knives in this case. I spent some time just browsing through all the different knife skins you can get from this one. It’s a long list!
Then there’s the CS:GO Weapon Case 3. Same deal – lots of knives. I got lost in all the different designs, to be honest. But hey, more options, right?
- CS:GO Weapon Case
- CS:GO Weapon Case 3
- Revolver Case
- and more…
I also checked out the Revolver Case, which came out on December 11th. I opened this case last month and was very lucky to get a knife!
I stumbled upon some guy who actually made a website to keep track of all this stuff. It seemed way simpler than those fancy sites like csgostash. It just lays out all the info, plain and simple. I guess he made it a year ago, but still. I think he’s Polish or something. Anyway, it was helpful for getting a quick overview.
How did I Track it?
I started putting together my own little notes on this. I was like, I might forget which case has what. Then that guy added a QR code to that site that takes you straight to some Google Drive folder. No idea what’s in there, but I guess it’s related.
Anyway, I realized I had to organize my notes better. So I made a simple table in my notebook to keep track of which knives are in which cases. I jotted down the case name, the date it came out, and all the knives you can possibly get from it.
Then I made another section for cases I actually opened. This way, I can keep track of what I got, how much I spent, and if I actually got lucky and pulled a knife. So far, my luck hasn’t been great, but hey, it’s part of the fun, right?
I’m no expert or anything, but I just wanted to share my little adventure. Maybe it’ll help someone out there who’s also trying to figure out this whole CS:GO knife thing. It’s pretty cool to see how many different skins there are, and it’s definitely tempting to try your luck with opening some cases.
Oh, and one more thing: CS:GO cases are basically just loot boxes. You buy a key, open the case, and get a random item. Could be a cool skin, could be a cheap sticker. That’s the deal.
Alright, that’s my two cents. Happy case opening, everyone! But remember to be responsible and not spend more than you can afford.
