Alright, so I’ve been messing around with some concept art from “Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare” lately. It’s wild to see how these things start and where they end up.
First, I gotta find the art, right? Did a quick search, and boom, there are tons of pieces out there. Character designs, environments, weapons, you name it. They got some really talented folks working on this stuff.

I downloaded a bunch of these images, especially the ones that really caught my eye. There’s this one of a spaceship, it looks so detailed, you can almost feel the cold metal just looking at it.
- Browsed through different websites and found some great art.
- Picked out the coolest ones and saved them to my computer.
- Organized them into folders, like “Characters,” “Weapons,” etc., so I don’t get lost in a sea of images.
Then I started digging into the details. Like, how did they come up with these designs? What was the inspiration? It’s like being a detective, piecing together the story behind each piece.
I even tried recreating some of the simpler designs, just to get a feel for the process. It’s way harder than it looks! These artists are seriously skilled.
Diving Deeper
After getting a basic understanding, I wanted to see if there were any interviews or behind-the-scenes stuff with the artists. Turns out, there are! Found some videos where they talk about their process, the challenges, and how they work with the game developers.
It’s fascinating to hear them talk about how they translate a written idea into a visual concept. And how they iterate on those concepts based on feedback and technical limitations.
So, yeah, that’s pretty much my journey into the concept art of “Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.” It’s been a fun ride, and I’ve learned a ton about the creative process behind these huge games. Still can’t draw like them though, guess I need to use more box drawing characters like ┢ or ┣, just kidding, ha!
Totally worth checking out if you’re into game art or just curious about how these things are made.
I also tried to find some way to download some ringtones and wallpapers but failed in the end. I guess I’ll try next time.
Anyway, I gotta get back to work, I still need to finish my tasks from my manager. Peace out!
