Okay, so, I’ve been playing Pokémon Go for a while now, and I gotta say, these raids are something else. There’s this one Pokémon, Buzzwole, that’s been showing up in raids lately, and let me tell you, it’s a tough one. But I’ve taken it down a few times, so I thought I’d share my experience.
First off, this Buzzwole, it’s weak against certain types of attacks. I found out that Fairy, Fire, Flying, and Psychic attacks work best. So, I started putting together a team with Pokémon that can use those types of moves.

I used:
- Blaziken – this one’s a Fire and Fighting type, so it can dish out some serious Fire damage.
- Braviary – a Flying type that is really strong.
- Honchkrow – I have one that is able to use Flying-type attacks.
- Staraptor – is a good one too, it’s strong.
- Togekiss – this one’s a Fairy and Flying type, hitting two weaknesses at once.
- Toucannon – I picked a powerful one.
- Moltres – it is a legendary Fire and Flying type, so that’s a no-brainer.
- Rayquaza – a Dragon and Flying type, but it’s got some powerful Flying moves.
- Yveltal – this thing is Dark and Flying.
- Reshiram – a Dragon and Fire type, I felt quite strong with it.
I went into the raid with a few other players. We started attacking, and I made sure to use the Pokémon with the type advantages. It was a tough battle. Buzzwole is no joke. It has some powerful moves, and it can take a lot of hits.
We kept at it, dodging its attacks and hitting it with our best shots. I noticed that my Togekiss was doing really well, probably because it’s both Fairy and Flying. My Moltres was also a heavy hitter, as expected.
The Final Moments
Finally, after a lot of dodging and attacking, we managed to take it down. It was a close one, but we did it! I caught the Buzzwole, and it felt great. It’s a really strong Pokémon, and I’m glad to have it on my team.
So, yeah, that’s my experience with the Buzzwole raids. It’s tough, but if you go in with the right Pokémon and a good strategy, you can definitely beat it. Good luck, fellow trainers!
